Please read the instructions below before you start the online application, to ensure you have the required documents before commencing your application.
Documents must be provided in PDF format and all filenames must include your surname and first name and the name of the document (eg: SMITH John – qualifications or SMITH John – ID docs).
As part of the application, you will be required to provide the following information and supporting documents,
- Eligibility to Work in Australia – for non-residents: a copy of your passport and a valid visa that provides work rights (showing class sub-classification, any conditions, visa type, number, and valid visa date) (Question 19- upload as part of Question 22)
- A CV that clearly outlines your qualifications and career history and includes position/s, employer/s and dates (Question 21)
- Certified copy of 100 Points of Identity, including change of name where applicable – please upload all identification documents as one file (Question 22)
- Copies of any relevant qualifications and/or certificates – please upload all qualifications as one file (Question 23)
- Notification of Payment Details form to be completed and uploaded (Question 24)
- Tax file number declaration form to be completed and uploaded (Question 25)
- Superannuation Standard choice form to be completed and uploaded (Question 26)
Certified means – copies that have been verified as true copies of the original by one of the following:
- A Justice of the Peace, or
- A Principal or Office Manager/School Secretary of an Armidale Diocesan School, or
- An authorised representative of the Catholic Schools Office.
Referees
Your referees need to be people who can comment on your character and/or abilities. Please note the people listed will be contacted. (Questions 27 – 30)
Once your application, supporting documents and referee reports have been assessed, a decision will be made on your suitability for employment. If successful a casual contract of employment will be issued. This contract needs to be signed and returned, prior to you being added to the casual register. An email will be sent advising you of this.
