Enrolment Process Overview
Stage 1 - Application
The parents/guardians:
- Submit the Application for Enrolment.
- Submits required information & documents.
- Provides the parents/guardians with a copy of the:
- Enrolment Policy
- Enrolment Information for Parents
- Living Well Learning Well
- Positive Partnerships This information is all available on the school website
- Considers information & documents and requests further information / documents if required.
Stage 2 - Review
The School:
- Responds to questions and provides information about the educational environment and the School.
- Considers whether there are any reasonable adjustments required to support learning and discusses these with the parents/guardian.
- Reviews all the factors including resourcing and the availability in the applicable year level.
- Determines whether there is an available place.
The parents/guardians:
- Brings their child to a meeting with the School.
- Provides further information / documents as requested.
If at this juncture the School decides not to make an Offer of Enrolment, you will receive a letter in relation to whether your application has been waitlisted, and next steps.
Stage 3 - Agreement
If there is an available place
The School:
- Provides an Offer of Enrolment which attaches:
- Enrolment Policy
- Positive Partnerships
- Living Well Learning Well
- Enrolment Application
- Fee Schedule
- Provides via Compass the:
- Enrolment Acceptance Agreement
The parents/guardians:
- Reviews all documentation provided.
- Signs the Enrolment Acceptance Form and provides it to the School
- Pays the Enrolment Acceptance Deposit (where applicable).
The School:
- Acknowledges receipt of the Enrolment Acceptance Form
Stage 4 - Enrolled
Your child is successfully enrolled at school.
